The coaching is provided as a duo by Cristophe Codet (Coaching Therapy) and Janny Arrosteguy (breathing, yoga : https://jannyarrosteguy.com/) following an original method of harmonizing physical and mental follow up.
Maximum 6 people.
- Interactive workshop on a pre-determined theme.
- Integration into the body through movement and breathing
Method : group session, in a consulting room and always outside of the company
